to the Prayer House from street ministry.

An opportunity arises to visit with a gentlemen on the street near the
Prayer House, sharing the Good news of Jesus, our light.

On a good weather day, a table is set up in front of the Prayer House. Catholic materials are displayed to provide an opportunity to witness to those who walk by. The children are the first to stop and talk with Sr. Renee to see what this is all about, reminding us of the Scripture passage often used during the Advent/Christmas season, "...and a little child shall lead them". Our Prayer House for the Poor is located on property that was once owned by the son of Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton.
